Overall, we found Go High-Level support for customers to be lackluster at best. It can take a few hours to get a response, but once you do it's usually helpful. That's not to say it's not on par with other popular marketing saas tools, if anything, it's an indictment of the entire industry. Most SaaS tools deliver sub-par customer service due to their growth strategies: growth at all costs and finding minimum viable product fit is a great strategy but sacrifices are made, and in most cases, it's customer support.
If anything, GoHighLevel support is way better than the support we've experienced at competing brands like ClickFunnels.
